CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT (FOR MARRIAGE IN RWANDA)

Please note The Embassy does not issue this certificate.
The KSA authorities issue the Certificate of no impediment. The certificate can be obtained from Saudi Authority Registrar of Marriages.

The Embassy will then certify this certificate before you can use it in Rwanda. The service costs one hundred fifty Saudi Riyal (SAR150).

The Embassy does not process payment by cash, postal order or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy of Rwanda Consular Account using the details below:

BOTE: All applications must be submitted with a proof of payment (i.e. Payment receipt, payment confirmation, cash deposit receipt from our bank, transfer receipt from your bank, screenshot of online banking transfer with amount, date and account information visible)
