The Embassy of Rwanda in the KSA has started issuing consular cards to all Rwandans living in KSA. To get the card, the following requirements must be submitted to the Embassy in full:

• Photocopy of the applicant's Rwandan valid Passport or ID
• Proof of residency in the KSA
• One photo (passport size)

Proof of SAR 100 into the Rwanda Embassy Bank account
